How do I find a product? TOP There are multiple ways to find a product on www.poshscrapbookstore.com website. 1. Browse and select the appropriate category links on the left hand navigation bar under "shop". 2. Enter one or more keywords in the search field using any combination of product name or brand name. How do I purchase a product? TOP 1. Purchase a product by adding desired products to your shopping cart. 2. The product will then be displayed in your cart. 3. By selecting the "Go to Payments" button you will then proceed to the checkout process. How is tax calculated? TOP Canadian orders must pay only 5% GST fee, as for International customers no sale taxes are applied! What are my payment options? TOP 1. You may render your payment online using our secure checkout process. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway using secure socket layer protection (SSL).

American and Foreign Customers All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. All orders are billed in Canadian dollars and it is PayPal and/or your Credit Card Provider that will calculate the actual exchange rate billed. All International orders excluding USA must be paid using PayPal only. Posh Scrapbook Store insures all international orders are being shipped within our prompt time frame but may be delayed when clearing customs. TOP In stock items are processed and shipped within 48 hour of order receipt. International orders are billed the actual shipping amount. Please contact us for a quote. Canada Post is closed on weekends and holidays. Can I ship to a PO box address? TOP Can I order and ship it to someone else? TOP Do you ship Overseas? (Outside Canada & the US) TOP We ship worldwide! All Foreign customers must contact us for a shipping quote prior to checkout. An Invoice will be sent using PayPal. We kindly ask to NOT checkout using our store's shopping cart. Be sure to view our payment options and policies for International customers. How does the Gift Registry work? TOP It's quick and easy to sign up for our gift registry/wishlist! Simply enter your name, the date of the event for which you are registering (if applicable), and a shipping address if you would like gifts to be sent directly to you. Then select a user name and password to use when you want to add or modify items you've added to the directory, choose whether you want the list to be visible only to yourself or to the general public, and click on "submit" to be registered. The Gift Registry may also be used as your own personal wishlist/shopping list you can save desired products in your registry. Products added remain saved until you manually choose delete them. Don't forget to share your registry link with family and friends! How can I track my order? TOP To view the progress of your order select the "order tracking" link provided in store's left hand menu, enter the email address used when you purchased your products, along with your order number, to view your order details. What are your business hours? TOP Order processing and customer services are from 9AM - 9PM EST (Monday - Friday ONLY) What is your return/misc. policy? WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OUT OF DATE MERCHANDISE, MAGAZINES, STICKERS, PENS, PAPERS, BOOKS AND COMPUTER/MULTIMEDIA SOFTWARES. Defective merchandise may be returned for a replacement, please call or email prior to returnng the item. 25% Restocking fee will be charged for any cancelled or unpaid order balance NO EXCEPTIONS What is a pre-order? TOP Pre-Order items are for future release dates. They are not in our current store inventory. If an item is for pre-order it will be written in ALL CAPS in the product description area. We make purchase commitments in order to obtain Pre-Order items per incoming order requests from a customer. When do pre-orders Ship? We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date on Pre-Orders. The manufacturer determines the delivery/release date. Delivery on Pre-Orders are subject to change. We notify customers using the e-mail address provided with the Pre-Order of any change in the shipping status. The shipping date is the earliest date of arrival. We ship incoming Pre-Orders normally within 24 hours upon receipt or the following business day. Pre-order returns (pending shipment) Due to our purchase commitment we make for the customer, we can only offer a store credit minus a 25% restocking fee if a customer changes their mind, cancels, or modifies a Pre-Order once the order has been placed. Will I be the first to get my item? We cannot guarantee that you will receive your order "early". Unexpected delays may happen, especially when dealing with foreign products and high demands. I've been waiting forever for my order to complete. Can you just send me what you have now? Yes, we will ship everything you have ordered that is in stock to you at our flat-rate.
